We didn't drive this ourselves. Instead, we were in a group of river rafters who had just finished at the Ferry, and were being driven back to Peach Springs by a Hualapai tribe member, who was very familiar with every twist, turn and cattleguard on this mainly dirst road. He was also in a great hurry to get home for dinner, so we got the really fast view of this interesting desert road. We started just before sunset, so the scenery was especially nice. One of two desert thrill rides I've enjoyed.
