Nice short hike, good views. The “loop” is not open!~ half of the trail is closed for repair until 7/2019~ which makes this an out and back currently. Plenty of parking. Very little shade. Popular trail that has lots of loose rock, dirt, rock decay.

Short, steep, rough paved road with a good amount of elevation in a short distance. I like to make two round trips, but I've seen some people make multiple trips. Great views from the bench at the summit.
