Natural Bridge Trail is a 4.1 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Willcox, Arizona that features a great forest setting and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is best used from September until May.
We hiked this trail for the first time on November 10, 2015. The hike seemed a little strenuous to me but was well worth it. There is a lot of rocky uphill climbing and then the trail drops down into a beautiful valley. The area is still recovering from a previous forest fire, but new life is springing up (see picture). Once down in the valley there is less fire damage and parts seem to have none at all. The valley is full of beautiful pine trees. There is another short climb before you reach the end of the trail and the view is gorgeous from the trails end with little to no fire damage. I have posted some pictures to show the fire damage and the end of the trail. Enjoy!
