How does you rate this hike? It is definitely not Hard. This is an easy hike that takes about 45 minutes at a leisurely pace.. This is a 2-mile hike, one way. Most people take over an hour to make their way from Mooney Falls to Beaver Falls. This is due to several factors, such as stopping for photographs, crossing the creek, changing in and out of shoes for/at creek crossings. There are three creek crossings of about knee deep, if that. The foot bridge(s) were washed out in a flash flood in August of 2016 and the Havasupai have not replaced the bridges. There are numerous trails. Some trails are easier than others. Some trails are more scenic. I suggest the scenic route - where I go by the Rope Swing at Mooney Falls and follow the creek downstream (walk in the creek) to Grotto Falls - about 1/4 - 1/3 mile downstream of Mooney Falls. After Grotto Falls I resume following the trail. Things of interest on this hike: Rope Swing Rope Swing Cave Grotto Falls Stairway to Paradise (dried up after flash flood in July of 2018). Vine Patch Hobbits’ Lair The Plank Lone Palm
