Very very very easy walk. Nice little trail to see the hanging garden area. Something peaceful.

Short and sweet.

Nice short walk. The garden is pretty but we also walked up the viewpoint along this trail which gave really nice views of the lake. No toliets at trail head. Was less than 10 people doing walk but was mid-November

It was a pleasant hike. Parking is limited but easy to spot the entrance right off of the road. The hanging gardens aren't worth a detour.

Short but sweet hike with good views. Nothing too crazy

Easy trail, well marked.
The trail wraps around one hill to the hanging garden, the other part you can climb the hill for more views

Easy hike to a small dessert and interesting rocks and views

This trail is under-rated as an easy hike with great views and an interesting feature. We went in the morning around 7-8 am and there was no one else on the trail. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a free, easy, and enjoyable activity in between your other tours in Page.

We really enjoyed this simple trail with views of Lake Powell. The hanging garden at the end is pretty interesting since it is in a desert. Stay to the right on the trail to see the garden.

Part of the path strays towards the lake and has great views, but if you are aiming for the garden, stay to the right.

Very easy and quick hike with some good scenery along the way. When you reach the hanging garden portion it's pretty interesting to see the contrast between the desert and the plant life.

The wind whipping through the area was amazing. This short hike is good for a quick tour but isn't that rewarding overall.

Flat, boring trail with a nice hanging garden at the end. Super easy hike, would be good for kids. Not much good scenery until the end unless you wander off the trail.

Easy peasy, I guess we didn’t even get to the gardens because we were standing on the peaks of sandstone with amazing views. I like long hikes with elevation change and challenging terrain, but this was beautiful views with minimal effort.

A fine, easy walk. Good for kids and family, but nothing challenging nor great views. The "garden" at the end is pretty anti-climatic

This trail was an easy walk out and back to the hanging garden. Nice views

Follow Manuel Cano's suggestion below and detour to the highest point for a spectacular sunset.

Short easy trek for kids. Pretty scenery but nothing spectacular.

On the NPS hike guide, it is actually called "Hanging Garden" trail. This 1.2 mile trail is flat, with the exception of a mild climb towards the actual garden. The garden is neat to see, but nothing crazy. Our dog enjoyed the trail too.

Short easy hike, worth doing if you are in the area.

Do hike the mountains 3/4 into to the left of the trail, they offer great views of lake Powell, the tower, and the spectacular scenery

Do I need a permit to hike this trail?

I have barely touched what is available in the area. Drove through the area a number of times, done the visitor center and a couple hikes in the area. Definately a destination.

Very fun. Lots to do here in summer I'm sure. March may have wen a bit early. However it was a nice day and fun to dip feet in lake and scramble around the rocks. Definitely take a tour of the dam. It's cheap and answers lots of questions. Lunch at sizzler was great too. Definitely recommend.

I would go to Lake Powell every year as a kid. Glen Canyon NRA has always been one of my favorite places.

A nice visitor's center is at the Glen Canyon Dam which is in northern Arizona. Most of the Glen Canyon NRA is in Utah, as it surrounds Lake Powell.
