Very easy trail until you get to the part where you climb up some rocks for the view. Just be careful but not too hard or dangerous. Saw a Bobcat on the trail on the way back!

Some rock climbing just past “end of trail” sign. The hike was ok, the views after the climb are pretty.

Love this trail. I take visitors here all the time. Super easy hike, but fantastic views and some wildlife. Saw a bunch of beautiful blue birds last time I was there. Dog friendly and some places to stop for shade. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view. Bright and green after the July rain. The trail that branches off to go up to the arch is hard to find. I thought the short climb up was difficult but then I realized once at the top I took the wrong path. View at the top was beautiful and worth it if you can find the correct path up. No water fall in July.

a beautiful hike! The main trail is very flat and doable. Trail to the arch is quite a scramble, but worth the view. Bring lots of water!

Beautiful canyon trail. Very easy and shaded as the trail leads you through the wilderness. If you can, continue hiking beyond the end trail through a moderately difficult rocky path for spectacular views of the canyon behind you (you’ll see Bellrock off in the distance). I forgot to look for the bridge on the way out/in so keep that in mind if it’s on your “to see” list.

Great easy trail. We went around 7:00 am and it was pretty chilly; the hike was completely shaded.

Majority of trail is shaded. Great for early morning hike in the hot AZ summer. Barely any elevation gain so it is very kid friendly / baby hiker friendly.

This hike is a very easy, flat hike compared to other hikes in the area. We decided to take the side trail on the right to go up to the arch. If you’re okay with some climbing, I definitely recommend going up to the arch. The view is beautiful and it’s very peaceful up there because most people choose not to go. Other than the arch, this hike doesn’t have expansive views but is nice and easy.

Nice trail. Relatively easy/flat. At the end of the trail, I recommend hiking up the rocks to see an amazing view of Fay Canyon. As far as the optional mid-point hike to the arch, I consider it skipable if you’re pressed for time. It’s neat but not spectacular.

Nice short trail with lots of shade. Cool viewpoint above the canopy at the end if you climb past the end of the trail a bit. Did it with a 5 year old.

Easy and nice trail. Took my 2.6 years old on my shoulders. Mostly flat and partially shaded. Two rocky spots that could add some difficulty but nothing too bad.

Easy stroll - great for littles. There are two scrambles to add difficulty, the end and the arch (which is more like a cave). Has shady spots

Easy trail. Came with 9, 12 and 72 yr old grandma. A bit boring for the kids but would be great for little ones as it’s soft sand and some rocky areas but nothing hard. Bring water, while there is shade there is also a good amount of sun. It’s an easy out and back, we definitely missed the arch but found it on the way back (using all trails map). This side trail is much harder and not for the faint.
