Trail was technically closed but we parked down the street and saw a few others on our way back down. Definitely rock climbing, make sure you have traction on your shoes but its a very short hike. Once you get to the end of trail, take a left and go between the rocks. So cool! Definitely recommend.

Tons of people on the cathedral portion, but still enjoyable and well marked. The easy breezy portion is hardly marked at all and there were boot prints in the dirt all over the place. In general it just follows a creek so we were able to figure it out. I'd recommend just doing the cathedral portion of this out and back and hiking more of Templeton in between.

The Easy Breezy Loop is not well marked. We went off the trail several times and eventually gave up and turned around. The trail is also not marked on the map at the trailhead. I suggest following the alltrails gps if you can get service.

Very hard to follow trail. We wandered off many times and luckily had a biker help us find it again. Still wandered off a few more times. Not easy at all but if you have been hiking is manageable. View fantastic. Did in mid morning in Oct. Was warm but not bad. Did use up our bottles of water. Lots of climbing over rocks that could be walked up and over.

Enjoyed this trail as part of a bigger loop. Found All Trails GPS very useful.

This trail is marked easy; however, that is a bit deceiving. The trail is poorly marked that made us go off the trail in at least three points. There was no sign to indicate the end of the trail, nor was there any marking to indicate joining the Templeton Trail. Nevertheless, the sights from the trail were delightful.

Came to Sedona for a challenge and to conquer it and I sure did with climbing this. It was worthwhile. I recommend if you do this don’t do any other long trails moderate like Devils, as your ankle and foot already got the brunt from the climbing and downhill efforts. Take it easy and slow. Conquer another hard trail for another day, if you’re a beginner to moderate hiker.
