East Fort Trail is a 1.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Crown King, Arizona that offers scenic views and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and horses and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Directions from Prescott: Take Main St. through the town of Mayer continuing east to the junction with the Antelope Creek Road. Continue southeast on this road for approximately nine miles to Cordes. At Cordes take FR 259 to Crown King. From Crown King, take FR 52 south-southeast for six miles to the Horsethief Recreation Area. Continue east past Kentuck Campground for just over a mile to the intersection of FR 52 and FR 697; turn right here, staying on FR 52. Proceed south for another mile to the trailhead. the trail begins just 100 yards east of FR 52.

Ok trail- not ver well marked. It's actually a jeep road. Stay to the left to go to the old fork for two miles
