The Pink Jeep company and two others (that I saw) drive this road. They do turn around about 3/4 of the way but nonetheless I was surprised by their presence since this road is described as not heavily traveled which is way WRONG. There are tons of hikers using the road and tons of tour companies. It is an easy road w.a few hairy spots. I wouldn't take an average SUV up it only bc of one spot.
Rough and rocky, but no major obstacles for a 4X4. You pass several trailheads including Devil's Bridge, and Brin's Mesa. Lots of hikers on the road, especially at the start.
Nothing too extreme, but nice drive (4x4 a must). A few places to stop along the way. Some deep ruts and small boulders. Devils Bridge is a nice place to stop and hike to.
Off road driving that leads into some nice hiking trails. Nothing to special to note, except that you shouldn't attempt in a passenger car!
