Nice hike, trails are well-marked and clear. Nearly full parking lot - saw maybe 5 other people on the trail. Started around 5:30pm and found an excellent spot to watch the sunset. Will definitely be coming back to this area!

Garwood Loop to Three Tanks to Douglas Spring to Bridal Wreath Falls this morning. Got a little toasty around 10am . Saw a rattlesnake that was sadly missing his rattle. Other than that, just rabbits and birds this morning. Worth coming back in the spring when the water is flowing. Did the trail counterclockwise to avoid too many people. Saw maybe 2-3 others on the way to Bridal Wreath Falls. Saw twice as many on the hike back. Go earthy, take water!

Great trail with beautiful views of Tucson, love the east side. Things to watch out for: horse droppings, buzzing bees that chase you ( though harmless), and a rattle that I heard about 2/3 of the way up on three tank trail! I did this trail counter clockwise, about 10 groups of hikers seen on way back on Douglas springs and no rattles heard. All in all, cool trail and glad I did it!

Very busy trail. Probably second busiest to Sabino Canyon and better during the week. But really pretty and great views just over a mile up. Saw a rattlesnake on our 4/11 hike! Not scary because I was in front and we had plenty of space.

Great in and out trail; well groomed, signage clearly visible. Nice elevation change with cactus, canyon and city views. Bridal Waterfall was small and trickling down and well worth the hike.

A long trail but great scenery. Beginning of the trail was very steep- prepare for lots of steps. Water wasn’t running when we went but still enjoyable! Great waterfall and easy to climb up. Way down was super easy and a relaxing hike.

Had a great time on this trail! The trailhead is literally at the end of Speedway headed East so it is super easy to find. The trail is technically Douglas Spring but then Bridal Wreath is a .2 mile offshoot from the main trail. It took a 1.25 hours for me to get to the little waterfall and 45mins down- but I enjoy keeping an active pace. There are definitely a lot of large sections of flat so I’d say it’s on the lighter side of moderate. The waterfall didn’t have much water but it’s always cool to see any running water in Tucson. (: Happy Trails!

lovely! this was my first trail hike after my second () knee recon in August of last year ('19). The weather was perfect especially since elevation and exposure. The stairs let me see how much cardio capacity I've lost since July but w several breaks on the incline we completed in a little over 3hr.

Very well maintained! Wore water shoes for the water crossings but didn’t need them. There’s a trickle in Bridal wreath and a little more at Ernies falls. Great hike! Bring poles for your knees for the way back down.

Horseback riding

Rode my mule on this today, added on the Carrillo trail. Bridal falls was beautiful, cool night so there was some ice on the falls. Amazing ride. Big climb up best going clockwise on Douglas spring to the top.
