Directions from Williams: Turn south on Fourth Street (County Road 73) and go about 4 miles to FR 140. Turn east onto FR 140 and follow about 3 miles to FR 132; turn north onto FR 132 and go to the campground (about one mile). From the boat ramp parking area, walk the Ponderosa Trail to the east end of the loop.

Decent trail to the top. Lots of shade from the Ponderosa Pines. Lots of geocaches in the area for those interested. Par for mountain tops, great views! I've hiked this one a few times over the last few years. Close to Dog Town Lake.
