NO access to the park from Tortolita Estates-Cougar Canyon Rd...it's been gated, locked and shut down. Probably 20 or more Private Property-No Trespassing-No Park Access signs posted. It's Saguaro Ranch property, and looks like they mean business, installing massive iron gates to block anyone, and everyone.
