This is a great off-roading area. There’s plenty of roads to drive on with different difficulties and good views. Turning off the main road onto Rug Road gets very sketchy quickly and is not really a road as much as it is an off-roading trail. Expect trail damage on that road.

Cool little trail with nice views to start and little cliffs along the mining trail and even some deer. definitely not for stock trucks, got about 10 miles in and the trail drops into the canyon and river rocks were alil to big for a leveled ram on 33s. dragged my hitch and kissed the frame alil but pretty cool trail in middle of nowhere that's easy to get to

Easy to get to and the swimming holes were nice. We all took our side x sides, so it’s easy to cover ground. Some areas were a little narrow and rocky. But just your normal Arizona trails. We had a good time and pretty views. I would recommend it for anyone.
