Manageable even in above 100 degree weather. Moderate walking, not over crowded

Trai goes up and down. Expect no shade or mercy. Warning: bring plenty of water and try to attempt this hike in cooler days. Not when it is 105 outside.

All of the TBird mountain routes can be Combined. We went to top on Cholla and added Coach for a 7.5 mile hike. North side of Cholla is moderate climb over uneven surfaces. But fun hike. Less wildlife than Arrowhead Point walk or Coach behind Lakes.

Sun. Sun. Sun. Started at 730am. Ended at 9am. Pure sunshine which is exhausting. I had plenty of water but if you don’t, you’ll be hurting.

Trail was 100% moderate. The map is very accurate. The toughest part was the ascent just before the summit, but was absolutely manageable. Great morning hike!

Great trail hiked this morning with husband and toddler(in carrier). If hiking with child in carrier recommend hiking poles to help steady self on rocks. Lots of trail runners, all polite.... i thought that was impressive
