WalkingGreat!

There are three view points along this short trail that offer great views of the canyon. I recommend starting early so that you don’t have to stand/walk with a bunch of people. I got out to the first lookout at 6 am to watch the sunrise, absolutely gorgeous and had the trail to myself until almost 7 am!

Nice easy path to incredible views of the North Rim. It is populated so be prepared to step to the side occasionally to let others pass. It’s a short walk.

Went on 9/6/20 Labor Day weekend with my wife. Moderately crowded, 50% wearing face mask. Short easy hike on paved walkway going down, so you have climb back up on the return. A lot of beautiful lookout points give you stunting views of Grand Canyon.

Short, easy hike from the Lodge / Visitor's Center. There is a dip at the beginning and corresponding rise at the end which makes it more than a simple stroll. Beautiful views of the canyon, especially at sunset. Can get crowded.

Excellent little stroll! Fantastic views in all directions. There are a few drop offs but the paved trail is easy to follow along unless you get vertigo. Peaceful at sunset. (Unless the idiots with the drones show up)

Pretty busy but a relatively easy trail. The incline coming back was a killer.

Hiked 1.27.20. We hiked this trail to the 1.5 mile resthouse and back in 2 hours. There is a bathroom at the rest area. The trail was VERY icy and would say crampons are a must.

Quick walk out to incredible views! Paved the entirety of the way. If you're looking for a longer hike I would recommend continuing from Bright Angle Point along the Transept Trail, it's only about 3 or 4 miles total.

More of a stroll down to a look-out. But what a stroll and what a look-out! Did this early on a weekday which made it even better beating the crowds and better photos.
