A steep switch back climb to the top. A good little workout and the views on the way up make you stop and soak it in every so often. At the top, you have an amazing 360 view of the mountains and the lake. There is a really cool picnic table at the top that makes for great pictures and a good place to rest your feet. Absolutely beautiful! Trail isn't marked very well but if you like adventure, you always find your way back to it!

Solid little hike to the top of the mountain/picnic table. this is an alternative to the "2 step" for those that don't want to or can't climb the two steeper steps.

Great trail- rocky and steep in some areas, a few climbing spots. But amazing views and worth the climb.

Blue Trail to Table Top. As some one with extreme fear of heights and only hiked 5 or 6 times! This was a challenge for me. I did it! No problems! Lots of breaks for water and catching my breath. This Grandma is very happy I did it!

Beautiful trail with amazing 360 views. Very busy, try to go earlier to avoid amateur hour.

Beautiful view at the top. A workout getting there with steep switchbacks near the top and some scrambling on the way down at one point. Overall very enjoyable!

Jill from 2 days ago is so right about the way down after you reach lizard summit. My wife and I got ourselves caught up there trying to get down.... we won’t get into how many stupid mistakes we made but we got ourselves out safely only by turning back and using our iPhone lights and the generous moonlight. I would recommend turning around once you see the beautiful view of Lake Havasu after starting thru the south half of the loop. Trail is reasonable to follow to that point but after that it gets dicey.

Ok, this is a great trail up to the point where you summit Lizard Peak. The way down that is recommended by AllTrails is basically for mountaineers with ropes. The trails have really degraded, to the point that you are basically surfing on scree/talus. There are two dry falls that I would not attempt without a partner to catch me. All in all, once the summit is reached, I'd recommend going back down the way you came, not trying for the northwest descent.

Great climb, fantastic views, great workout! I don’t imagine out of all the trail choices in Sara Park, that this would be everyone’s cup of tea, so to speak. It is one of the tougher, more adventurous trails in the park. If you are a more experienced hiker you can pickup a trail that has disappeared over a rock face, make determinations when there are multiple, unmarked choices, know how to get back to where you came from, and understand your turn around time. Also, a lot of loose rock on some steep trails. Not trying to discourage anyone, but if your not up for it, it may ruin your outing. (or build your confidence)

Fun morning hike However something needs to be done about all the dog waste. I have noticed most dog owners in the area have no respect for the environment, local wildlife and humans. If you see the same write to the BLM, maybe we can save this wonderful area

Third time doing this route (in reverse). Took the whole family this time including the kids. Ended up a little off trail at the climb up because we couldnt tell where the path was. Scrambled up loose rock and then got back on track. The views are worth it.
