Pretty easy but at times it can get confusing as to where the trail actually is. Definitely watch your map because we went down paths that looked very much like the trail but ended up way off.

Trail was fun and adventurous, but seeing dog poop and peoples left over peels of bananas and oranges on the trail was really annoying.

Beautiful views all around! Courthouse Butte,Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Rabbit Ears, in the far distance beyond Cathedral you’ll see Cockscomb.

Great hike with towering views of bell rock. Wonderful weather if you get there early. Not crowded. People were climbing all the way to the top!

Enjoyed this hike, although this loop on AllTrails was a bit confusing. Take the Rector Connector between Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte. The trail becomes more moderate.

The route in AllTrails is off trail on the western side. My recorded route is following the actual trail route. We tried to start west and catch that side and there is no trail to be found. Follow the eastern route if you don’t want a crash course in wayfinding.

A scenic loop made up of three trail segments: Bell Rock Pathway, Rector Connector, and Big Park Loop. Use the map to stay on track. Towards the end we somehow ended up on the bottom half of the Bell Rock Summit trail. Scramble down wasn't too bad. We started at 3pm, took our time and finished around 4:30pm. The timing was good because the setting sun made the views that much more magical. Part of the loop is shared with mountain bikers. We hiked this trail on a Thursday and only came across three bikers. I wouldn't do this trail on a weekend. It gets too crowded.

Very pretty easy hike with great views of Bell Rock. This dog friendly trail is not well marked, however. We strayed off trail a few times scratching our heads on where the trail was. Be sure to take the Rector Connector trail. To stay on the correct route.

Fun little loop. Lots of trail markers so follow the mark on the map.
