The trail is rated as difficult and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and nature trips. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

This is a bit of a hidden gem of hikes. Some of the most spectacular views and a great strenuous hike. Please note that this trail only recorded my descent and that starting from the Southern trailhead will have about a +1,400 ft vertical rise
