Amazing views, tons of wildlife. Due to permits being required, not too many other hikers on the trail. This is as good as it gets in southern Arizona. I saw a giant desert centipede, black bear, and bats. I recommend doing this hike in early spring or late fall when the weather is cooler. It was a bit hot and monsoons threaten flash floods so it was a little sketchy. Overall a great destination that does not disappoint.
