Very good hike. Not so tiring. Went to see the beaver pond. It was amazing how these animals do their thing. Hubby and me did not see any person. Truly enjoyed.

Pretty easy! Just a steep slope to get down to the lake but you can take baby steps and do with at your own pace! The views of lake and river are breathtaking so must do!!!

It is hard to not give this hike a good review when it includes: the Nenana River, huge beaver dam, a beautiful clear water pond, and wildlife..... BUT, it is more of a walk than a hike. The moderate rating is a bit much. There is a fairly strenuous incline at the end though.
