Houses are starting to be built along a section of the trail that would otherwise give a nice mountain view. will look much different in a year or two, I'd bet.

A beautiful trail, definitely worth the time if you’re in the area! Once making it to the falls, the trails split and you are able to go to the top and the bottom of the falls. I highly recommend to do both, as they both provide different and amazing views of the falls

A great hike in beautiful country with a powerful waterfall awaiting to reward your elevation gain. Strongly recommend a clockwise loop starting out on Beaver Pond and returning on the falls trail.
