It is such a disgrace that they removed the bus due to “public” safety. If anyone has seen the movie or read the book Chris would be upset. He didn’t like the government getting involved or anything if any of the actors personality is true to the movies he would be greatly bothered if not mad. People getting hurt or even dying unfortunately is a part of the journey. Don’t do something like that if you aren’t prepared for a life altering experience. Absolutely saddened by this. I’m sure it is still beautiful and I will be making a trip to that exact spot and I will be camping on the once was magic school bus grounds. public safety...what a joke.

One of the hardest treks I have ever done! My son and I did this hike two years ago in September. Lots of water on the trail , very muddy, and the two rivers you have to cross are very hard to get across, the water is very cold, fast, and the river beds are very rocky and the water flow keeps the rocks moving around ( tuff footing)

Off the bucket list epic trail! I snowmobiled in March. I was the safest way with a private guide. Be careful lots of people get stuck crossing the river very dangerous.
