Rabbit Slough Hiking Trail is a 3.3 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Palmer, Alaska that features a river and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and snowshoeing.

November 27, 2020This indicates the trail starts out by the Parks, but you can drive in about a half mile to a parking area. Trail is actually on the creek so definitely a Winter walk. Encountered others cross country skiing and riding fat bikes.
November 21, 2020September 12, 2020May 6, 2020Currently under construction. They are putting in a boat launch about midway down the trail, which is now more like a road. Still good for a few photos and some exercise, but not really a great Alaskan trail right now.

First to ReviewIt was a nice slow stroll since I had three dogs on one leash! Definitely a winter hike considering 90% of the trail is on rabbit creek. Beautiful day though!
