Trailhead located approximately 8 miles drive from Ketchikan on the North Tongass Highway, across the road from the Ward Lake Recreation Area, near the entrance to 3 C's Campground. The trail starts approximately 100 feet beyond the entrance to the 3 C's Campground. Parking is available on the Ward Lake side of the road across from the entrance to the campground.

The trail is great then view at the end is ok.

Nice trail! the last section of boardwalk was all icy & packed down by lots of hikers so it was a bit sketchy.
