Great trail system that are multi use and probably used more often by bikers. This loop is one of several and you could probably easily do 10 miles. they have trails that are hard, moderate, easy, easy peasy, rolly polly, etc. LOL. a lot of fun. we went on fresh snow and it was great. the frozen lake is always fun to walk on. another review said it was trashed and seemed unsafe and I didn't get that but I could see how in the summer, it could happen. they have picnic areas, play grounds, bathrooms and camping and I'm sure it gets overused in the summer. I didn't see any trash or signs or abuse though. a great walk for kids, and people of all skill level. it was a nice stroll.
This trail was beautiful and not very difficult but the bugs!!! I read the reviews about them and we sprayed before we took off - but we all got eaten. Maybe better mountain biking and going faster.
Nice trail through the woods. Not very many lake views. Lots of bugs. Be aware that the part of the trail that goes out on Edmond Lake is for winter use only and not accessible right now.
Trails clearly marked with proper signage. Wide paths, mostly for biking but can be used for a nice easy hike.
This is a great trail in the winter. The view of the mountains from Edmond Lake is especially nice. Great trail for kids/dogs.
Nice roley poly network of wooded trails. The bit that goes down to Edmond lake is closed by the scouts to work on til sept 30th just FYI.
