A lovely paved multi-use trail that has gorgeous mountain and lake views in any season. Accessibility: The trail surface is paved and typically at least six feet wide. East of the parking lot, the grade is mostly gentle (all estimated 6% or less) but it is much steeper on the western half (over 12%) so wheelchair and stroller users may need assistance in that section.

God winter trail for walking or jogging. Less traffic on the north end.

A nice trail with some nice views of the water and the city skyline. I picked this trail because it was close to the airport and offered a nice breath of fresh air before getting on a plane. Great decision and I plan to do this again when flying out of Anchorage. Some cool signs about the 1964 earthquake too (thus the name of the trail). Lots of mountain bikers (fat tires in the snow), which now has me wanting to try it too.

This was a bike path, had I a bike I probably would have really enjoyed the trail. I do not recommend it for hiking. Maybe for urban jogging or walking at most

Pretty exhausting, but not as difficult or as long as I thought it’d be.

Great hike to the bluff and back. An easy 3.0 miler from the parking lot. Very busy today with all the COVID refugees getting out to do some exercise!

Was a fun little hike. Brought my family including my 5 year old son, he had fun. If you do this trail be sure to go off trail a little bit, as there is more to offer right off the paved pathway. With it being break up it was a little muddy. 4/25/20

Easy walk. Bring bug spray. Went down to the sand by the water, solid walking, mostly dry down there. Walked from the Earthquake Park parking lot to the next lot and back then drove to Woronzof Overlook (forgot to turn my map off). Nice all around.

I loved this area. It is a short walk up to the earthquake exhibit area and the trail meets up with the coastal trail. We walked down the coastal trail a couple miles and back and the woods and views were beautiful.

Nice views. Very pleasant easy walk. Took the side trail to see some of the changes the earthquake caused. That trail was easy to get a little lost on.

Lovely views of the sea and mountains with Anchorage sewn into the middle. We didn't see any moose but birds filled the air with song. Watch for bikes on multi-purpose portions.

Very easy walk, that leads to a small over look that looks out over the Knik Arm and Anchorage. This trail meets up with the Coastal Trail at an interesting intersection. Very short, very easy, family friendly that could lead to an all day long walk along the water. Go to Anchorage or to Kincaid Park, the choice is yours.
