Super easy and traveled by parents with with strollers as well as walkers, runners, and cyclists. This paved path is crossed by the Hampton Cove Golf course and has lots of views of the water but it'd be difficult for your dog to get to it to get a drink.

The "trail" was mostly concrete, full sun and miserable. There were hardly any places to get to the river, the places that were available was grown up and "snakey".
It's a beautiful place for a picnic, to take the kids, grill out, bike, roller skate or skateboard; a horrible place for a "hike".
I don't normally attract mosquitoes but had to put on my mosquitoe repellent, they were BAD!
I have hiked quite a few hike off AllTrails and this one, by far, was the worst! It's worth checking out for family fun but definitely not a place for hiking.
AND PLEASE..... IF YOU HAVE DOGS, TAKE POOP BAGS AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG.

Great trails, from nice wide paved trails to unpaved wooded trails which pass by creek and swampy area. Very nice and will go back soon. Had no problems with mosquitoes, and encountered many walkers, bikers, joggers. Our total trip was around 7 miles. Very nice. Super easy trails.

MOSQUITO REPELLENT!!! DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT IT!!! If you're looking for a place to go hiking, this is not it. If you're in the mood for a walk down a paved path, then this is the spot for you. The scenery was decent and the path is well maintained, but it's definitely not a hiking trail.
