Took my kids there. Our experience, the trail is not clearly marked or marked at all in some places. It is definitely NOT 3 miles and is overgrown in some places. There were some areas that we couldn’t tell the difference between a dried creek bed or the actual trail. We decided to head back to our vehicle once we came to the main road (which was about halfway through the mapped trail) and had already hiked 2.9 miles. This would probably be a better trail if it were maintained better and clearly marked.

Perfect for dogs that enjoy water. As of April 20th 2020 you cannot complete the trail. There are fallen trees all over the place and some of those are too big to go around

Not very good trail markers and where we were supposed to cross a river, there was no bridge or rocks to get across. Had to take our shoes off and try not to slip while crossing through water. Was still fun though!

Not well marked and could not have found and followed the trail without having downloaded the route from Alltrails first. There were no trail maps available at the entrance office and the young lady working there was too busy talking on the phone to answer questions. No maps were available at the trailheads and this trail is not shown on the posted maps at the trailhead. Trail is listed as easy but there are a few areas that are more challenging. Lots of roots and rocks and a few steep climbs.
