Buck's Pocket is a 3.2 mile out and back trail located near Section, Alabama that features a river. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for mountain biking.
Trail from just before the gate at bucks pocket campground to the top overlook has been marked with orange paint on trees. The trail on opposite side of South Sauty Creek leading upstream from the closed low water bridge is a little grown up and bushy but still good. The 4x4 trail leading next to the dry Sauty downstream from the low water bridge was also a great hike, sad to see all the trash at the campsites next to the lake though. Armadillos were everywhere
the mountain bike trail was destroyed when I went and they only had one so it was just a waste of gas in the end. May be good for other activities though
