From Cow and Calf car park to Rocky Valley, White Wells and Ilkley Tarn This is an easy walk, but you can make it much longer. If you have young children with you, they will enjoy scrambling on the rocks at Cow and Calf, playing in the rock-strewn streams, hiding behind the rocks in Rocky Valley, seeing the plunge pool at White Wells and feeding the ducks on Ilkley Tarn.

The walk and view was amazing would do it again the only thing I was disappointed with was it says on here the walk is over 7km when it was under 4km.
Would of been better if the walk was longer

a beautiful and gentle walk up an easy incline to a rewarding view at the top of the Moors.
you'll undoubtedly meet a kind person on the way as well.
be sure to hit the White Wells waterhouse while you're in the area. Darwin visited the house frequently to clean himself.

Did today in snow and thick mist. Winter wonderland! couldn't have found our way around without the map and gps. Route very accurate.
