Would not recommend this one. Let me explain why.

First, it's not easy to reach. To get to the starting point (and on your way back) you'll need to drive about 15 km of uphill dirt road. We've made it on a Honda Click but for comfort and safety it's better to ride a jeep or an off-road motorbike. Driving this road is actually fun but it doesn't have anything to do with hiking.

Second, the track is really secluded. If anything happens the only civilization within 20 km radius is the small hill tribe village where the track starts.

Third, the trail is barely seen and never was marked so it's easy to lose and after dark nearly impossible to find.

Fourth, the forest in the first half of the
trail is not too picturesque, does not offer any views and has swarms of insects flying into your eyes and face.

We had to turn back halfway as reaching the starting point by the dirt road took much more than expected so we were short on time. Possibly the views near the Doi Chom Hot mountain top are rewarding enough to justify time spent to reach it. But unless you're an off-road driving fan you better consider climbing the mountain from the West.
