Fjallastigen Trail is a 9.2 kilometer moderately trafficked loop trail located near Bredared, Västra Götaland, Sweden that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The Fjällastigen Trail is a round walk of 10 km in total, winding through varied countryside past small lakes, via paths and gravelled roads, in a terrain rich in natural and cultural history. The area is full of croft ruins, ancient stone monuments and old mills. Admire the lovely beech forests in Molla Nature Reserve, the prolific animal life, and viewpoints with vistas that stretch for miles. Don’t forget to take a picnic to enjoy in one of the lovely rest areas.

The beech forest is beautiful and som lookoutpoints are amazing. On the down side it’s a few clear-felled areas.

Great fun, great trail. You can also extend it with the yellow marked trail which gives you another 4 km of track (see map at the start of the trail).
