This trail takes you through herbaceous deciduous forest, grazed meadows and orchids, backsippes and gullies. According to Linnaeus, this was one of the most beautiful groves in the country. Just north of Tjörnedala you walk past a sandstone flower with half-meter-thick petals - the priest's bath. The priest is said to have used the formation as a bath. At Vik, the trail turns inland and passes through hills and orchards. The beach below is devoured by the sea and is walkable at low tides.
