Barranco del Infierno, or Hell’s Gorge, is a very important archaeological site. It is home to the Guanches, aboriginals that lived in the caves in the gorge. The trail has beautiful views of the south of the island. It also requires that you make a reservation here: https://www.barrancodelinfierno.es/en/reservations/ They do charge a fee and the amount of daily visitors is limited. Helmets are also provided for falling rocks. You can also rent hiking boots or poles. The trail is not technical.

Stunning scenary. Easy hike. Waterfall was just a trickle but I suspect it is flowing well during rainy season. Recommend ascending during early morning to avoid direct sun.

Easy walk - no idea why this is rated as “hard”. 8,50€ entry fee, and still very crowded. Recommended to make a reservation to avoid wait

Easy trail. Since trail is not free (~8 eur), they provide helmets (for falling rocks, didn't happend during my trip). you can rent hiking boots and sticks. I saw children and old people in the trail. I recommend it for people not used to hiking.

A fun half-day hike, but I was close to giving this a three star rating. If you are an avid hiker, there are better trails on this great island. it is not a challenge and it is crowded for a limited waterfall. But it is pretty on a sunny day, and a nice warm-up after a long plane ride. Wear sunscreen, there is not a lot of cover.
