This route starts at the parking area in the Las Dehesas recreation area. You'll then go up the Roman Road to the Puerto de La Fuenfría. The route shown here has the hiker returning the way they came, however there are several other trails you can see on the map that would also lead you back to the parking area. This route can also be used to access the Fuente de la Fuenfría.
