It begins next to the parochial church of San Miguel de Bidueira, a jewel of 18th-century Baroque architecture popularly known as the "Cathedral of the Lands of Manzaneda". Following the river Requeixo you will reach the abandoned village of Prada that retains part of the Chapel of San Bartolomeu, as well as several of its traditional high mountain homes that are currently used as a winter refuge for livestock. You can also see an excellent panoramic view of the Circus Glacier of Prada, which dates from 50,000 to 10,000 years ago and that subjected these mountains of the Serra da Queixa and Invernadeiro to a glacial abrasion process. From Prada, passing through O Pontón, A Biduella and O Salgueiro, through high mountain roads and small paths, you return to the village of San Miguel de Bidueira. At the height of Requeixo, there is the possibility of taking a referral from the main route and visiting the village of Placín.
