Tougher than it says but well worth it. We started in lamiña. Having spare shoes and socks in the car isn’t a bad idea. Its not as well posted or directed as one would like. When the river is high it can be tricky to cross the river (3 times) it can be extremely muddy. It’s gorgeous and worth every bit!
This is a pretty trail which loops from the town of Barcenillas to Laminas, via some small but beautiful waterfalls. The views of the mountains are really lovely. We parked at Barcenillas and came back via Laminas. There was some walking on the road at the end, but it is still pretty and worth it. Overall about 2.5 hour walk.
