A fantastic hike, strenuous in sections descending from Pedroveya to the valley community of Las Xanas; consequently the return trip is mostly uphill. The trail is well maintained. There is parking at both ends of the trail. The trail was in parts hand-hewn during the time of the Spanish Civil War. There are no facilities or potable water on the trail. There is a Sideria (bar/restaurant) at the Pedroveya end.
