Hikers may choose to stay at the Sierra Crestellina Refuge. This protected space, despite its small dimensions, presents very interesting elements. Among them, its orography stands out, with mountain ranges of medium height, but of sharp and inaccessible ridges. This feature is what gives name to the Sierra Crestellina Natural Site. The origin of these wild forms is found in the composition of the materials of the place, rocks of calcareous origin and of grayish colors that differentiate it from other nearby mountain ranges.
