Great morning or evening hike. Takes a bit longer than expected due to some rocky scrambles, but pretty easy overall. Plenty of seals to be seen during the summer, and maybe some bottlenose dolphins if you're lucky.

Incredible views. Trail is a bit challenging in sections. Views are worth it. We did not do the entire loop but did the trail head to wit sand, cut through to the island and the return. The return is by far the most challenging portion.

Beautiful! Did this trail last November and while it had its tougher parts, the views, beaches and sea lions made it all worth it!
