Going up tough but even with backpack doable for a semi fit... going down is what requires all the strength knees can offer... for average city dwellers seeking some “tough” hike I would suggest Woodies Walk... still lots of challenge, knees will be wobbly at the bottom... :)

Boring long start to the trail but once you reach the mountain face the hike becomes alot more interesting. This is a tough hike so be sure you are fit.
