Very easy trail. I recommend this trail if you want a nice outing with the family combined with a easy trail run, perfect.

Trails open at 6am on weekends and 7am during the week except for Tuesdays where they're closed. Not sure how these will change in winter though. To walk / run the trails it's R25 pp. Not sure about cyclists? I ran the River and Greek Church trails which were a lot of fun with a few technical sections. The River trail is mostly shaded which was nice and cool, especially for the run in. Also crossed paths with a legavaan (monitor lizard) who had temporarily left the water to catch a crab for her mid morning snack. There are plenty more trails to explore including mountain trails but I need to arrive earlier next to tackle these.
