HikingGreat!No shade

Loved every step of the crocodile trail especially the first two kilometers around and over the river where there's rocks and trees. Too bad the shade doesn't last long but its all worth it.

I enjoy hiking and have visited your trail on more than one occasions. On the 1st of August it was overcrowded; you should have never allowed so many people all at once during the current situation with COVID-19 and lockdown regulations. Hennops was a mess, there was no space for social distancing. People’s lives should be above making quick bucks. Disappointed Hiker.

I went hiking with a friend and must I say it was an great experience. I would definitely go back to this hiking spot. It was crowded at first but later on you could see only a few. You get a lot of nice views.

Was way more crowded than expected. COVID regulations definitely weren't followed. Would have been a lovely hike had we had time to linger and enjoy the scenery but our personal space was constantly being invaded and we were always trying to get away from the big crowds. The 10km hike was actually 14km due to parking problems.

The incline chowed me . And the 5km was actually about 8km but well worth it

Great challenging trial with loads of uphill. There are a few spots to rest and get a bite but with little shade. Carry plenty water.

One of my best hikes so far! I enjoyed the scenic route. I plan on doing it again, and again, and again, etc. Hennops definitely gives me that nature feeling I look for in a hike.

Lots of fun. Very busy. Lots of spots to stop and have a breather. Bring something warm if your starting early as it can be cold by the river.

Great trail! Second time I’m doing this and I still love it. Great mix of steeps and flats. Adequately challenging. A definite recommendation!

Awesome hike... steep in some areas. Downhill is brutal on the knees but well worth it. Reminded me of the climb up Table Mountain in some parts

Great walk with Pruimpie se Gat my Kid's first cave experience. The cable car over the river another highlight on the Route. Great views and great picnic site with very welcome pool at the end of the hike. Extremely accommodating staff. Well done!!!

Great trail however a bushfire had recently gone through...so no shade. Also 35 degrees made it tough.

Good hike. Though try to get there early if you want to avoid noisy crowds. The trail can get really busy.
