A serious, 'old school' mountain bike route up the River Pattack, a push over the Bealach Leamhain at Coire Pitridh and a rapid descent down the steep and rock strewn track to a flat return through Adverikie. Mainly 4x4 track with a singletrack section up and partly down the Bealach. Genuinely beautiful river/ post glacial scenery followed by wide open views onto the Ben Alder massif. You then penetrate further into the mountains, gaining serious height to Bealach Leamhain and earning stupendous views all the way to the hills of the Knoydart peninsula. There follows a rollicking downhill to the two Lochans na h-Earba and a flat pedal back to the start, passing close to Adverikie House.  The pine woodlands along Loch Laggan-side from the big house are to be savoured.  If it's a hot day then just try and resist spending time on the gorgeous beach at the end of Loch Laggan, you'll fail!
