This was the final day of a six day expedition to walk the Cape Wrath Trail between Strathcarron and Inchnadamph. You can camp in Glen Oykel the night before. From the campsite at Glen Oykel, continue following the river upstream as far as the ruin of Salachy, where you turn right to ascend more steeply through the forest to a higher track. Follow the track to Loch Ailsh and continue past Ben More Lodge further into Glen Oykel. Cross the beallach between Conival and Breabag, then follow the long descent through Gleann Dubh into Inchnadamph.
