The views are awesome, steep drops and small scree fields, panoramic views of the rice fields as well. A bit difficult to coordinate with local authorities since it's quite far-flung and signal is spotty. Also, as with almost all the major trails in the Philippines, a guide is required (they have fast and slow guides, depending on the fitness level of the hiker). Usual "circuit" doesn't include the trip back to the town proper as it is mostly road. Fortunately, my guide knew a hunter's trail that led back to the town proper. Doable in 9-12 hours in above average fitness level.
