Good loop track. Suitable for kids and families. Through bush and rolling country side. Strenuous and steep what ever direction you take. Great views and an historic area. Moderate level of fitness.

One of the top favorites so far! Really enjoyed the walk! If you wanna experience farm forest walk experience you must give it a go! You will be loving the stunning view from the summit!

Had an awesome walk and learned a bunch about why Battle Hill is named as such. Not too challenging at all, other than the mine field of thistles and sheep droppings as you ascend the summit! Highly recommend this walk with kids, as there is lots to learn, great views to see and animals to navigate around! A real gem of a trail! Knobby shoes would help, but not absolutely necessary.
