Take a lot of water and make sure your paperwork is in order as a permit is needed prior to ascending and rangers will be waiting about half way up to tun you around. Hike has everything including a vertical climb on rebar embedded ladders to the top. Rock fall can be an issue. Park access can be difficult and add distance as well.
