Desierto de los Leones Loop is a 14.4 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Mexico City, Mexico City, Mexico that features a great forest setting. The trail is rated as difficult and is primarily used for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
July 28, 2020Great trail for first 2/3, but then you have to end the final 6-7km on the road which is not a great way to end a long hike/run. I will look for a different loop for next time!
June 7, 2020Estuvo bonita la ruta, pero nos faltó un poco la vista, son casi 8 horas entre los árboles, y la ultimas dos horas en una carretera (sin coches) que no nos gusto tanto.

First to ReviewThe climb was great. The downhill is a washed out creek so super slow going. The last 4 miles are on the highway. Amazing views. I’ll run it again.
