Bukit Dinding is a prominent hill in the Setiawangsa suburb in Kuala Lumpur.  It can be seen from most tall buildings in Kuala Lumpur city and famously as the high, telecoms hill on the left of the Middle Ring Road 2 if one is heading from Jalan Ampang to Zoo Negara.  It's sometimes called Bukit Setiawangsa due to its proximity to Taman Setiawangsa.

It is actually a very easy trail. If you’re looking for a quick exercise then going uphill and downhill should take less than 40 minutes. There’s no dirt trail, just cement > tar > tar/gravel. The dirt path leads to a row of rubber tappers’ huts and then to a dead end, so stick to the uphill cement path.
